The woman was identified as Ms. Lu and she's pregnant! The people beat her until she was unconscious.
They claim that they tied this woman because of the thought that she would broke down into someone else's house again.
The authorities then confirmed that the 28-year-old pregnant woman indeed entered someone's house and tried to steal 900 Yuan cash.
After finding out that she was pregnant, the angry mob then let her go without calling the police.
